Service Description

This consultation allows us the opportunity to connect and for you to share your story in a safe, emotionally nonjudgmental environment. During this time, you are free to be vulnerable—whether that means crying, venting, or simply speaking your truth without fear of judgment. I know how hard it is to open up about some of life’s most painful and intimate experiences. My prayer is that you allow me to walk beside you, with openness and transparency, so we can take things one step at a time. My goal is to remind you that you are not responsible for the emotional regulation of another adult. It is not your fault that someone has chosen to cause emotional trauma. Together, we will begin forming a plan to persevere and heal.
